Welcome to the blog. Great running time! I was there yesterday myself. It was great weather and alot of people this year! That race will be the most popular half soon, you watch! They give out great rewards, its well organized and they could have put more porta johns up but oh well. Do you know Kory Wheatley? He's up in your neck of the woods and is on this blog also. Its good to have you on here, keep up the good work!

Thanks Walter. Kory has suggested I get on this several times, but I kept dragging my feet a bit bummed by injuries this year.

The 1/2 really was a "no excuses" race with that weather and course. I was 7th overall and 5th in my age group, and I've never been so thrilled to finish so far back. Nice to find the fast women!

Thanks for the welcome.

Yeah, its good you finally heeded his suggestions! This will help you with goals and bringing times down and everything! Im thinking of doing the Salmon marathon in a couple of weeks for a "aided long run" for St. George"

Welcome to the blog from a fellow SE Idahoan! Congrats on the PR at the TOU/2.

Are you running in Poky this weekend at any of the races? If so, maybe I will see you there (I am running the HM).

Keep up the running and going after your goals (you have some great PR's!).
